Jeremy Applebaum is a second-generation home builder and licensed general contractor with nearly 30 years of experience in residential real estate brokerage and new home construction throughout the Kansas City area.
Born and raised in Overland Park, Jeremy learned the business from his father, who began building homes in the 1980s, and built his expertise through hands-on experience in nearly every stage of the construction process, including serving as a lead superintendent. Since obtaining his real estate license in 1996 and his contractor’s license in 2000, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes and most recently completed more than 215 homes in Santerra at Shady Lane in Gladstone and North Creek Village in Kansas City, Missouri.
Jeremy specializes in thoughtfully designed and efficient floor plans, with extensive experience designing homes that support the lifestyle and evolving needs of active adult homeowners. Known for his attention to detail, he approaches every blueprint and floor plan with careful consideration to ensure each home is highly functional, timeless, and built to last. Highly regarded within the Kansas City builder community, Jeremy is known for his approachable nature, patience, and passion for the craft of home building.
