Alison Norton has worked alongside Canopy Homes’ co-founder Jeremy Applebaum since 2014, bringing a strong background in accounting, project management, and operations to the table. Prior to joining the company, she held high-level accounting and management roles at Cerner, where she developed a reputation for organization, precision, and problem-solving. Known internally as the team’s “numbers genius,” Alison plays a critical role in budgeting, financial oversight, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. Her attention to detail and ability to manage complex moving pieces help ensure each home is delivered with both efficiency and accountability.
